Food For Thought

OK, now say your a guy. Try to imagine this for a second, go on, put yourself in the picture. Now, your waiting to go out. You have a girlfriend, you love her and think she is beautiful. Yet, she is annoying you. She is taking ages to get ready. You bitch and complain and this does not make her very happy.

Why do we always complain about the amount of time it takes to get ready. Now say we take away some of the factors involved so she can get ready as quickly as you. Would you still be happy? If she went to bed and as you snuggled up, you felt that her legs were as hairy as yours, that her hair was really messy and felt so dry and greasy.

Yes there are limits to where it gets, well, just a bit extreme. Yet when we put such demands on women to look as beautiful as they can. Can we really blame the for when they need the time to achieve this? Both men and women have created this world and the expectations we have placed upon each other, yet we seem to blame the other.
