Tears
Crying...basically it is the process of shedding tears.
But why do we cry, what is the purpose of our tears?
Why do we spend insignificant amounts of time shedding these warm salty tears when they don't resolve anything?
I agree that crying isn't just on sad occasions, crying can happen to us on momentus, joyous and mystical occasions, but still what is their purpose?
Are they there to show our emotions to the world or to disguise them in a watery fog away from the view of prying eyes, from inquisitive souls, from those who want to know for the sake of knowing?
Is it ok to cry or is it frowned upon as something that is used for attention?
I am allowed to cry?
Again, what is the purpose of our tears?
Is it a purely biological response to cleanse the eye of the dirt from our world?
Or could this be interpreted otherwise?
Could the true purpose be to cleanse our hearts of all the hurt and anger held captive within us, cleansing our hearts of all the dirt in the world around us?
Again, what is the purpose of our tears?
I suppose I am still searching...
But one thing I am sure of...
I have cried tears for everyday that we shared.

Some good questions there, nice read. Not sure what i can say on the purpose tears for myself, well, actually i can. They are just their (for me) as you said, to show your emotion to the world. If its something bad, i usually cannot contain myself. But of course, my eyes do fill with tears when something or someone cracks me up.
