Things Are Never Black or White
There is never a simple answer to anything but that does not mean things can be that complicated.
When helping someone, it can never be as simple as you think as you may not know all the details, all the issues, all the crap that is flying around them, but if you are being helped, you must understand that things may not be simple but they are never as complicated as your mind makes it out to be and you have to go through more hardship to be able to get to the other end for the good stuff.
To take the plunge into the darkness and out the other side into the light.
It's what I try to tell myself, does not always work though :P
