A Week in Words.

And so the madness came,
The worry it held me hard,
My beating heart grew weary,
As I stared up at the stars.

What could have happened?
What is the reason for no report,
No contact made, my deserted betrayal,
I felt no anger, no rage, just fear,
Please oh please just keep her safe.

But alas the worry is over,
Alright she is it seems,
My worry dissipated,
My fear without need.

Happy again I seem,
Though worry I always feel,
My shining little star of Joy,
Without her knowing to hold fast the guilt.

And so in mere hours time,
Two hard exams I take,
Preparation of mine lacking,
Worry diverted focus away,
But battle onwards, my effort stays.

And that was a little poem/rhyme I made in approximately 5 minutes, a summary of a week in a few short lines, sort of like a Diary.

I suppose I'm using it to purge past worries and to refocus on the challenges at hand. By the way, I know the end sucks, but I'm not going to take the few minutes required to re-write it. :P

Thank you for reading. :-)
